1) PLC control system. CCD detection.

2) Fully automatic assembling. Automatic feeding, loading, detecting, auto-start/ stop when there is material(or no material) detected. Automatic counting and output setting.

3) Auto detect parts presence, carry out insertion and extraction force test, the good products and NG products will be unloaded separately. And check shutter re-bouncing.

4) All steel parts of the machine are chrome-plating, all aluminum parts are anodized.

5) Touch screen, simple operation and safety.

6) Automatic alarming in case of abnormal shut down and reporting abnormal information.

- One year warranty after delivery. (Not including the spare parts)
