The new automated system integrates precision machinery to ensure consistency and reliability. A key feature of this process is the application of high-quality rust preventive oil. Each product is automatically coated with a uniform layer of this specialized oil, creating a powerful chemical barrier that effectively prevents oxidation and corrosion during long-distance sea or air transit.Following the anti-rust treatment, products are immediately placed into durable aluminum foil bags. 

The automated sealing machine then creates a complete, airtight closure, removing air and establishing an opaque, moisture-proof shield. This aluminum foil layer blocks humidity, light, and external contaminants, providing an additional level of protection that is essential for sensitive metal components.
